Jaw Crusher

    This series of jaw crushers is mainly used for rough and moderate broken operations of various ore materials those compressive resistance is not more than 320 Mpa. This crusher has features of high broken ratio, uniform product size, simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, low operating costs etc, which is widely used in mining, smelting, building, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industry.
    Working principle of Jaw Crusher:
    motor drives the eccentric axis rotating through the belt pulley, so that the movable jaw approaches and leaves the fixed jaw cyclically, which makes the materials multi-crushed, such as squeezed, rubbed, rolled etc. so that the materials are crushed into small size, and then fall below gradually, at last discharge from the discharging mouth.
